No dwarf dynasty in the iron hills Thread - CK2: Middle Earth Project (CK2:MEP) mod for Crusader Kings II
This is a full conversion Tolkien mod for Crusader Kings 2 which will feature bookmarks throughout the Third Age. This mod is being developed independently from any other LotR or Middle Earth mods out there. The map will cover the main areas of Middle Earth, known in the books and films. So there is no dwarf dynasty from one of the origenal 7 dwarf fathers in the iron hills and there will always just be a random character king there and because of this one of the dwarf rings is also missing. The Bit Lit dynasty also has no Kingdom or ring and only consists of one member who is in the east> |

Technically, 4 of the 7 dwarfs dynasties should not appear in the game because they are located in the red mountains (Orocarni). But i am extremely happy to see how you placed them in the game. The Iron Hills were colonized by the longbeards, not by ironfists, but, according to Lotr.wikia.com, these two houses were in conflict over the control gundabad, it is a good supposition that they also lived in the iron hills and became a target after the fall of Khazad-dûm and the grey mountains due the rivalry between the houses, ending with the ironfists that lived there being expelled. |
