CheatCommands Mod ULE Version 1.7.4

Downloaded it, pasted it in the CoH2 file (it said that there is already an existing file and i pressed Skip These Files.) went into a map and pasted the code in the console, try using the cheat but it wont work, though it does work with the others. Could anyone help me with this? do i download the latest cheat mod first or do i download The British Forces Mod
The British Forces Mod ? Is such a thing?
