Just a small note, left shouder pad should be colored, not the right one
If he is using CWA models all of them come out flipped meaning what should be left is now right and vise versa it wouldn't be to hard for him to just mirror the model.
I didn't check the shoulders thanks suerteto, and yes, it will be very easy to mirror the texture/model
