Power plant :
The GDI's power plant is initially the less efficient, but two turbines can be added (making it as efficient as the Nod advanced power plant, depending of your choices).
the turbine on the axe is a default turbine (+5 electricity)
the other one is an advanced turbine (+10) but it give damage when destroyed.
