This thak is quite powerfull and had no equivalent for moving in a mined fields (thanks to his flail), but his armor is quite weak and it can't resist against NOD and GDI heavy vehicles.
I will probably add a grenade laucher...
The roller with chains is called a flail =)

Was it done on paint?
No, paint.net, it is very defferents, but the problems is that I am a very bad drawer : I can't realy do better, exept perhaps for the whites lines, I think I can change it...
