Hmmm... It looks great, but not exactly realistic per say. Maybe if the trails weren't so long it would look better. Like if the lines appeared half way between the unit and it's target. Maybe color it orange like an actual tracer round as well, it may look even better.
IIRC the trails are an engine-drawn thing, so I don't think they have control over that.
Length is editable but color is not possible/added yet.
