That actually looks pretty cool but it's so tiny compared to everything else here, it really is uncanny to see such small buildings compared to everything else (Like the Hand of Nod, too. It looks way too small D:)

the only thing i dont like is the hand of nod... everything else looks great.
I think the design is good, it's just a bit too small. It can be rendered a bit bigger and still fit in the same foundation for sure.
the hand itself is disproportionate to the rest of the structure, its just to tall, and it being in the back looks to weird.

I actually would like to make it 4x3, but having different sized conyards for the factions would make it odd for some players I guess.

But it isn't odd that Barracks and some other buildings have different foundations, depending on the faction, eh?
By the way, are you planning on using CABAL's core as his CY? Because, IMHO, it'd be better if it was used as some Tech/SW/Upgrade building instead.
