Description
A base without units.
KNOWN ISSUE: Upgrade Center build limit is 1, but the plugs haven't build limit, so don't build 2 Threat Rating Node or 2 Ion Cannon Uplink on 1 U.C. because you can't use the both SW.
Nice. But some structures need to be changed (Upgrade Centre, Tech Centre and Force Shield Generator)!

Why won't you just make the plugs have a Built Limit to 1 as well?
