I wonder, are you going to make a special building for this? Cuz don't think that this will fit into the arms dealer :P.
Uh if i am right with this hunch. it will be built like a super weapon. it is to big for a dealer so the only thing left would be to build it outside with the builder.
you should repurpose it for another faction, maybe US or china, depending on weapons or what not it could easily be either but it fits them far better.
