This time i've added the control bar pro files for the mod to work properly as per demand of insight.
DISCLAIMER: THIS MOD IS STILL A WIP, BUT ONE SUB-FACTION OF THE IVORY SPECTERS IS PLAYABLE, BEING THE IVORY AIRFORCE.
THE SPECIALFORCE IS A WIP, BUT IS STILL PLAYABLE IN A SENSE, SO YOU CAN TEST THAT OUT FOR YOURSELVES AS ALL IT'S INFANTRY IS COMPLETED, BUT THE REST OF THE BUILDINGS AND IT'S VEHICLES NEEDS TO BE CREATED.
DISCLAIMER: before you go whining to me that the Ivory Specters faction is too OP, thats kinda their purpose tbh. Game balancing isn't my strong suit, this mod was for my personal use ONLY to make the game more fun for me, but i felt generous and decided to give it out to the public to see what they think about it. You're free to decompile the mod and make balance changes as you see fit.
I decided to leave the vanilla zero hour campaigns and generals challenge intact (I'll be editing the Challenge campaigns it so you'd face off against yourself in every campaign just before you reach Leang cuz mirror matches are fun, it's in the Super Weapon general's campaign as i haven't implemented the mirror matches for the other generals yet, PLUS it hasn't been tested yet so you're best being my IQ testers for that plus making their maps alot nicer to look at and make them more populated with civillians and giving you extra money to work with on all difficulties).
You CAN play as the ivory specters in the challenge as theres a hidden button to select them in the menu where you select your player general, but it won't work as the maps won't get "completed" with the Ivory Specters even if you wiped the map of enemies due to map ending scripts or scripts to not show up the specters right units and such. I'll rectify those GC map issues sometime.
Someday in the future, i'll make an official campaign map pack for this mod to supplement that as i've tried numerous times and failed to do that via through the menu and replacing and editing maps, so i'll make it being in the skirmish menu as maps you can add to your game.
Anyway there could be some easter-eggs here and there in some voice lines i took from other games that sounded perfect for an RTS unit, as well as guest appearances of my own shitty voice for some voices of units, a major one being the Ivory Specter "Hero Unit", Doug White. (Should change his voice sometime... sounds cringe.)
Changes with this version:
- ~experimented with the Ivory Airforce Infantry's EXP leveling to make them level up MUCH slower now as a soft form of balancing. Will do the vehicles next update.
- ~Changed some things and added some lines in the Generals.str file and organized it a little
- ~Modified all Ivory Special Force Infantry with different upgrades and abilities and modified the Ivory Angry Mob to act a little better.
- ~aaaaand some other things here i may not remember. :P
- +Added new Skirmish Map: Stylemap3 Skirmish (a modified Alpha 98 map for Skirmishing, the water's deep blue for some reason due to the map being so old. :P )
- +Added copies of the Engineer, and Stinger Soldier for the Ivory Special Force and Ground Force and modified their Doug Whites. (Open Worldbuilder for more info.)
- +Removed Unit Limit on Doug White, and made him uncrushable. He still cant safely eject out of vehicles however unlike GLA Hijackers (need to make a global hijacker fix for ALL vehicles in the game.)
- +Added Building capture, money transfer, and vehicle disable to the Ivory Hacker.So he'es effectively now a black lotus.
- +Added a new unit to the Ivory Airforce: Rocketeer (he has no textures :P, i need to fix that, but he works as intended!)
- +Added Tunnel Network to the Ivory Special Force
- -Removed the Mortar Soldier from the Ivory Airforce Barracks as the Rocketeer replaced him.
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
Extract the data, window, maps, art folders (and now Control Bar Pro BIG files I've included now) into your main C&C Generals Zero Hour Directory, oh and don't forget to back up those folder's you're about to replace too as precaution due to the mod files not being big files yet.
Oh and if you see the following maps in the game, they're new, some edited from other maps i found online, some edits to some official maps, some completely made from scratch, some made that were modified from the Alpha, or from inspiration from another C&C map and they are the following:

BTW, Those maps will ONLY WORK with THIS MOD, so it's INCOMPATIBLE with base Zero Hour.
