General Kwai have some problems with the battle master,
not because its the popular main battle tank for all chinese faction, its because it looks SERIOUS!
General Kwai Started a meeting about the replacement of the battlemaster, while on meeting:
General Kwai: I hate that serious-looking-battlemaster-tank, could anyone redesign battlemaster's crappy design?
Innovator #1: uhhhhhhhh... what?
Innovator #2: It looks like a tank For me.
Innovator #3: we don't need to redesign it
Innovator #4: General Kwai, what if we make a smaller version of Overlord?.
General Kwai: hmmmmm GOOD IDEA! now start create a smaller version of the overlord.
So his innovators started to think what tank design that would make it not-serious-looking-main-battle-tank.
They started to build the tank on march 1.
April 1 20[REDACTED]
General Kwai: Is it done now?
Innovator #4: Yes General!
General Kwai: how much will it cost?
Innovator #4: General, it costs the same as the battle master
General Kwai: Now donate our battlemasters to the other chinese factions.
Innovator #4: Yes General!, but i have a question.
General Kwai: What is it?
Innovator #4: Why you didn't like the battlemaster?
General Kwai: i will tell you the truth, if our main battle tank looks cute, our enemies would try to not destroy it.
Innovator #4: *FACEPALM* ok whats the nick name for it?
General Kwai: Underlord
Innovator #4: NICE!
After Chatting, General Kwai tested one underlord on the battle field.
RPG Trooper #1: hey look! over there!
RPG Trooper #2: Where?
RPG Trooper #1: *points where*
RPG Trooper #2: ahhhh.. i see a cute tank
RPG Trooper #1: JUST SHOOT IT!
RPG Trooper #2: Where is your RPG?
RPG Trooper #1: I left it in the tunnel! so shoot that tank now!
RPG Trooper #2: *Fires*
BOOM!
RPG Trooper #1: HAHAHAHAH! Very weak Tank!
*smoke fades away*
RPG Trooper #2: Sorry, i missed
RPG Trooper #1: YOU ACCIDENTALLY MISSED IT? OR NOT?
RPG Trooper #2: Sorry, i can't, because its very CUTE!
RPG Trooper #1: FINE!

More addons, more epics
How about giving this tank an addon like a TV screen showing cartoons, more fitting your description :) and have an effect similar to the ECM tanks.
the default underlord, Does have an ecm effects on it
50% of the missile will miss, the other 50% will hit.
but if it were upgraded with a tv screen, 100% of the missiles will not hit the tank
Then all the tank-damning RPG troopers shall screw :)
May be the TV screen can be attached with changeable textures showing different cartoons programs. And when you saw a tank like this on the field, drop your missile launcher, go get some pop corns, you shall know you can do nothing to kill dat tank but enjoy its tv shows :)
