Is third time the charm? Hmm.
It's another incremental release given a new name! I think calling the first release 'Platinum' was a mistake, because Silver doesn't sound as good.
So what's new this time?
- PROPER LIGHTING! You've no idea how much of a difference this makes.
- What SEEMS to be a new training map. This has actually been in the mod since its initial release, you just had to load it through the console before. Credit where it's due, it IS a better training map than the previous one.
- A few tweaks have been made to the dream map to give a slightly better indication of where you're supposed to go. It's... marginally less confusing now.
- There's a brand new 5th map! It's full of shotgun-wielding grunts, so I died. HOW EMBARRASING. Make sure you spot the valves that need turning - they blend into the wall panels super easily.
- I get a "special mention". I didn't notice I'd crept past 500 subscribers, that's pretty neat.
- Modified Houndeyes - they're now BLATANTLY the dogs from Afraid of Monsters. I recognise their death cries, and you will too.
...that's about it. It really is amazing how much less obnoxious this mod is now that the lighting is actually working, but it's still not exactly great.

If God was dead there would be nothing. Looking forward to the mod.
Rather than just update the original mod, the author released it as a completely separate one. Here's what they changed:
- You actually get the HEV suit now! Huzzah for basic competency!
- There's tons of grunts added to the training map, so you get to be deafened as they shoot at all the zombies.
- The first map has an extra area at the beginning. It'll take you 30 seconds and is absolutely pointless.
- Several maps have been added to the campaign. They're equally rubbish.
- I initially thought there was only one new map because a map transition didn't work the first time I played it.
- There's a butchered bullquid with the model of a Gonarch (from Opposing Force) added to the mix. It looks as terrible as everything else.
- New weapon skins. Still insultingly childish, mind.
...that's it.
This is an incremental update that shouldn't have been released on its own, but because God is dead, here we are.
