It's an altar unit, same as the War Altar of Sigmar or the Screaming Bell.

Hey I can't find out how ro recruit Giant Squigs as Night Goblins. I had several cities and fortresses maxed out completely with all buildings but i was never able ro recruit one...anyone can help?
