A standalone expansion of the Call of Warhammer experience. Fewer scripts, unlocked gameplay, brand new factions, new continents, dozens of new units, new music, and much more.
Looks great, concerning the settlements on the battlemap, maybe you could ask to use the custom settlements from the Alternative Patch for Third Age? There are quite a lot and fitting ones, especially for dwarves and elves: Twcenter.net
Found something: "- Everyone is free to use all the stuff made by me in another mods and sub-mods, but only to be published HERE IN THE FORUMS, and giving the credits correctly of course"
Says so in the Permissions Tab
I'm pretty sure you are wrong, leo.civil.uefs allowed anyone to use his new settlements (the stuff made by him) as long as it is released in TWC : (ATTENTION: Rivendell, Minas Morgul, The Black Gate, Dol Guldur, Edoras, Minas Tirith and Osgiliath were not settlements created by me. They are from the original 3.2 release, made by King Kong and Devils_Advocate. For these settlements, my sub-mod only contains bug fixes and changes. Generic gondorian castles and cities uses osgiliath textures and buildings, generic FPOE/ARNOR settlements uses Minas Tirith textures and buildings, these buildings and textures were originally made by King Kong.

Regarding King_Kong's stuff, he allowed to use TATW content in submod, but I don't know if that applies to other mods as well (General sub-mod guideline
You are allowed to edit any content of TATW and to release it as a sub-mod, under following conditions:
- You do not claim edited original content as your own created work
- You stick to the rules that apply to DG's Easterlings
- You stick to the rules that apply to LL's High Elves
- You don't release your sub-mod as a stand-alone mod that doesn't require the installation of TATW.
I hope that this guideline answers the most questions and I think it makes pretty clear what you can and what you cannot do with your sub-mod. If there are still open questions please pm me (with a clear title that it is about permission issues) and I will see to update this guideline then.)
Whatever, TATW's moderator are nice and you can always ask them if your request is right or no.
we are going to make our own settlements so no need to use the thirdage ones. Dont you guys want something new rather then settlements you have already seen and played on?
The map only goes as far as the Dark Lands, so they're still on the opposite side of the world. Maybe someone will make a sub-submod cutting all the Empire and Chaos factions to add Ind, Cathay, Nippon, Khuresh, Pygmies, and Stormcast Eternals.
This is just beautiful, great job with the submod so far, it looks awesome. Can't wait for the release!
Have you thought about adding the Shrine of Asuryan as a settlement? You could recruit Phoenix Guard only from the Shrine and from an extremely limited pool.

They expressly stated that only the DAC team (for whatever reason) is allowed to use their settlements though.
Wow how narrow minded :( But isn´t the MOS Team using them too? Or are they another exception?
Nah the MOS team isn't using them. Unfortunately :(

There are cathayan mercenaries available in the Dark Lands, but anything else is impossible due to hardcoded limits.
Mercenaries!Nice, nice,I'm so happy to hear that.I'will buy CA's garbage for GW,but enjoy your masterwork all day long.

We've considered it, and I'd love to have it, but unfortunately there's a hardcoded limit to the number of settlements.
Why won't CA change the limits? Is the game not software capable of going beyond the limits, that's the best reason I can think of.
