Portable MG42s will appear as the 2nd SS Division's special weapon. I've managed to add it in the game without replacing the StG.44. German combat doctrine had the riflemen in a support role, with Machine gunners as part of nearly every fireteam, which was the opposite of Allied combat doctrine.
SS ? it has to be Afrikakorps ( falls under to Wehrmacht ) and yet uniforms ( no camo... ) but nice work :-)

In real life, the Waffen SS was not in Africa, however in this mod's storyline, victories on the Eastern Front allow diversion of manpower, and the Waffen SS decide to resupply the DAK.
Uniforms still need work, those are just a placeholder for now, do you by chance know any good skinners?
