It adds a small encounter named "Cafe of Broken Dreams" just north of the first bunker (2 squares to be precise), where you will find Marcus and Dogmeat from F2 and F1 respectively. Both NPCs are joinable and while Dogmeat is avaliable right away, you must have finished mission 7 to recruit Marcus. Marcus' picture and voiced dialogue were extracted from Fallout 2.
The mod was the result of me playing around with the editor and was completed over the course of 3 days and took all in all 5 hours. The editor is simple to use but all the hard-coded features are frustrating.
Oh, and Dogmeat is even more useless now than his previous incarnations. Because dogs can't climb ladders, the only way for you to reach the exit zone on certain missions is to kill him. Good stuff.
I also added a Super Mutant to the prefabricated characters list, which allows you to play one as your main character. Keep in mind tho they cannot use many weapons (including all small arms) because they lack the sprites for them.
