He could switch to a higher ceiling, revealing pipes and trusses, he could add sprinklers, change from the office theme to a warmer concrete one, he could add beams, vent diffusers, cameras, intercom speakers, etc. And that's just off the top of my head. There's a lot he could do if he's willing to put more than 10 minutes of effort into it.
