The upcoming months/weeks for Black Mesa: Insecurity.

Hello all!

Just a quick news post to thank everyone who has taken the time out of their day to come here to have a look at some of the content I've created. One thing I appreciate most is feedback, so I would really appreciate it if all of you smart little cookies out there would make suggestions where ever possible so that the content I provide for you is of the highest standard!

In the coming weeks or months most likely, I am planning to release the first two chapters of the mod in a beta form of sorts. This way it lets the community play the content I have created without you all having to wait 3 years for it since it is just myself working on it! It also gives you a chance to provide feedback so that the end product is fully playable and as a majority bug free.

That aside, I would like to thank everyone again for their continued support and I look forward to hearing and integrating all of your great suggestions and criticisms! :)

The screenshots look good but, how many of the same mod do we need really?

I don't know the Devs of this, so maybe I'm wrong, but sticking up Black Mesa in the title just looks like a marketing move to me.

The goal of guard duty and this mod are quite different I believe. And if you don't like it, you don't have to play it.

You are correct! The Black Mesa is in the title because this is FOR Black Mesa. Guard Duty is stand alone, this is for Black Mesa :)

I see, so it's a mod of a mod?

Sounds like an interesting idea. x)

But both are remakes of the same game, that's why I'm sceptical about it.

That said, game looks good, Guard Duty might not even ever release so.

Keep it up.

A very sane decision to build upon Black Mesa: Source. Also "release early, release often" makes sense in my eyes.
