Looks very nice, but...ghm...reminded to me Outbreak Hotel at first look.
It's something I have not shown off yet but I am mixing the original with Outbreaks more modern look and my own flavor, I am going with a full on REmake look for this map.
The fire looks more decent than the default source one. Maybe it's the smoke effects ?
I have added an extra layer of moving smoke to the surrounding areas, in the next room it is lighter because the smoke has just gathering for a while.
