Ты представь только, оказывается это все создается с благой целью - спасти от вымирания моддб. И они не бесцельны потому что в этих модах что-то есть (не важно что), хоть карту выложат как мод - это уже действия. На самом деле задуматься заставляет, а зачем проекты делать когда можно карту опубликовать как мод, скриншоты в фотошопе наделать, снизу в углу, условно "my_first_map" и с каким-нибудь ядреным шрифтом.
Сейчас еще дальше пошли! Так же сотни модов сандбокс, но если раньше умудрялись доводить до релиза, то теперь это всегда TBD.
