Battlestar Galactica for Battlefield 2 (BSG4BF2) is a fast paced Multilayer Online First Person Shooter (MOFPS), developed on the Refactor 2 engine, built as a modification (MOD) for Battlefield 2 (BF2) As you may have guessed BSG4BF2 is set in the Battlestar Galactica Universe, we aim to bring you high quality content from both the original series and the re-mastered series. You will be able to experience the BSG Universe via ground/air and Zero Gravity (Zero G) space battles, the ground based battles will have both infantry style combat and regular air flight combat, Zero G based battles will be primarily flight based combat You will be able to join either the Colonial or Cylon Side (The Toasters) and pilot either the mighty Colonial Viper’s or the deadly Cylon Raider’s, you will have the opportunity to select what class you wish to play as e.g. Medic, SpecOps, Centurion, Fleet Marine Force (FMF), Recon and many more.
