There's a problem, in this latest update all the maps take a really long time to load to just freezing on the loading screen.
This mod is known to be ******. Random ******* **** performance, random bugs, crashing and so on.
The amount of content is cool as **** but god damn the negatives ruin the mod for me
That's typical for loading on huge Battlefield 1942 mods like BattleGroup42 and FHSW, and both mods are pushing the game engine beyond it's limit both content and coding wise.

Endlich ein Update zu Battlegroup 42. man hatte schon die Angst, dass es nicht mehr weitergeht. Weil es erst mit der mod Probleme gab und dann mit dem Forum. Die neue Webseite dort schön aufgemacht aus. Vielleicht gelingt es euch die Vergangen news aus den Jahren auch wieder in den Verlauf mit reinzupacken, als Ergänzung zum Wiki? Hoffe es erbarmt sich bald ein Server online zu gehen, damit wir die RC 4 testen können. Hoffentlich checken es die Leute, alle 5 teile runterzuladen, den installer startet man mit der kleinsten der Teile. Das ist der beste installer für eine mod den ich je benutzen durfte, eine echte Errungenschaft, wie schnell sich das Spiel installiert. Danke für alles, die schöne runderneuerte mod, mit neuem Inhalt, das nur Forum mit der integrierten Webseite, die ganze Arbeit die in dem Projekt steckt. Alles gute für dieses neue Jahr wünsche ich euch.
The bolt actions have been nerfed alot it seems, it really makes them a chore to use since they have to 2 shot someone to kill them, considering they take so long to bolt you're gonna get spotted after taking a single shot and die, please bring nack their old power.
Please, please return the machine guns to the turrets of the tanks. Fighting airplanes is very hard.
