Back2Fronts is an extensive mod that will overhaul your Call of Duty 2 game to a next level. This mod brings more variety, intensity, realism and battle-like experience. Try new weapons, fight new enemies, fulfil new missions and explore new options. Mod is SP and MP friendly (although primary part is SP).
I was working on a British 6pdr AT gun for B2F mod, namely for the "decoytown" (British) mission. The model is derived from scrapped static CoD2 model. I had to do quite extensive changes. If I count the time spent on it - then it will be some 2 days. Anyway, I added and corrected a lot of geometry/detail. Plus I reworked the textures a bit for better look.
The model is not imported into the game yet, it will take some extra time. The video shows a render in modelling software. I created this small animation cutscene for it to make the model's presentation a bit interesting :-) I will show you ingame performance as soon as possible...
Btw, notice the sounds - fire, reload, turret move/end - these are new sounds for B2F artillery.
