pve_neonlines Fast Experience Edit\Patch addon - Base Defense mod for Half-Life

All this patch\edit does is decrease the buy cooldown for experience shop from 0.1 seconds to aprox 0.01~ seconds, so you can spam it however you please.
I also recomend making an alias for it so you can spam it in the press of a button
