Why do the Jupiter and Daedalus have orange/red phasers while ther other fed ships have blue ones?

Updates on this as work progresses, but the long and short of it is we want there to be a research upgrade for the Federation to go from the older red phase cannons to blue Andorian-made phasers.

i was thinking about trying to do this with each torp upgrade changing the look of torps on fed ships with my armada 3 addon, there's at least as many different fed torp sprites as there are upgrades. pretty sure i figured out how to do it, theoretically at least lol
