The BM-21 launch vehicle, a Soviet truck-mounted 122 mm multiple rocket launcher, and a M-21OF rocket were developed in the early 1960s. BM stands for boyevaya mashina, ‘combat vehicle’, and the nickname grad means ‘hail’. The complete system with the BM-21 launch vehicle and the M-21OF rocket has designation as M-21 Field Rocket System.

Why do you show the models before you skin them?
To show people that the unit in question is done, and awaits textures, skining takes awhile to do. Also i rather update one time to many the to not update at all.

Did i ever said anything about an iraqi army in my mod, i cant tell.. well if iraqi is in my mod and if they use the BM-21 Grad MLRS, then it will surely be in their army too. =)
Out of curiosity, when a unit exists in multiple armies, will it have the same stats in all of them?
Yes and no. Some upgrades will not be avaiable to every nations. Some nations might get other variants and so on. However if you pity a T-55 from one nations with another T-55 from the other nation, all with the same upgrades, they will have the same stats and health.
