Ashfield by Azabetfen:It is a horror mod, not easy. You have to find a way down. Creatures and strange (red) effects are in your way. Read the description, the mod has some bugs and other tricky jumps.
-Some models disappear on loading a save game.
-you can move your character (Freeman in an HEV) forward before the mod actually starts, you have to find the hev, where he stood.

The worst way to introduce your game is to add an impossible jump trick at the start. Seriously this mod's 'looks' is good, but the gameplay is horrible.
This mod is silenthill-wannabe.
It just pretending, but never reaching even 10% of original athmosphere.
Jump-over-the-fence trick in the start is some kind of zadrot-stuff (russian word). But I hope author understand ;)
Learn from Afraid Of Monsters, this would help.
