4 walls and pile of hl2 props
Acccttuuuuaalllly....
Given half the room is behind the camera where the shot is taken from. We can only assume and list out what is there. And what is there are a floor, ceiling a wall, a garage door, the wall around it consisting of 3 brushes, 2 decals, 9 props of which 8 are physics props, edges on the walls above the sides of the image and a static pipe prop on the far right, a ventilation duct on the ceiling behind the light source and 4 textures.
Granted it's not visually appealing and I do understand you're just trying to say it's very low detail and needs work. But ... 4 walls and a pile of HL2 props was a bit too vague for me.
