We are happy to announce that, our product has been released worldwide, so everybody can enjoy it.
A little knowledge before you have the chance to play the game.
Installation instructions. - After downloading the game, place it into the main folder of Amnesia and start the game with the .bat file.
If you have the steam version, you have to go to steam, right click on Amnesia, properties,and set launch options and add the line - config/TheUntold_main_init.cfg - and start the game through steam.
Story telling is mostly trough voice acting and dialogs.
There are over 60 notes in the entire game, not counting the notes not relating to the main story.
Puzzles- few and far in between. We focused on gameplay itself over little gimmicks.

Patch 1.0.1 is out.
In order to install the Update 1.0.1 for Amnesia The Untold, you have to extract the map folder to any location, and after that place it into the main folder of Amnesia: The Dark Descent. After that the update should be installed and working properly.
What does the update contain : Added a missing ceiling into the sewer level.
The Infamous block box in the insanity level.
Fixed the beginning location on the Outside map,
Spawn locations for monster on different maps.
Transition between Workers Quarter and Outside Fixed.
Fixed the problem with a the rusty dungeon key being missed on the house map. Now players can get it from outside the country house.

Alright, I'm going to touch points in order of story, level design, sound, progression, conflict, and conclusion. The story, though a bit choppy at times, was a good one. I was very focused in solving the mystery. There were times however when I was unable to follow the sequence of events. Another point, the voiceacting was superb 90% of the time, and I was thoroughly impressed with the dialogue and flashbacks. Level design was exceptional. Everything was well detailed, and there were few slip ups…

I expected this to be something tremendous, because of the long development time, but it didn't prove to be anything special really.

Excuse me sir but could you PLEASE make a CS version? I don't like Full Conversions. Never have, never will.
I got it installed and i can even see the custom menu, but how do i play it?
with adding more detail, and changing the atmosphere a bit more realistic, this could be a very nice prologue for the original game. more instructions would be better also, and for some reason, the notes and the item descriptions are all empty :| i really like this idea and all you have done there, but a patch with some improvements in gameplay and design would be very much appreciated ^^ 8/10 so far. i'm now going to complete the remaining levels :) and yeah, that running speed thing at the start is not very good o.o
Anyways, i tried to re-install it and nothing also installing the patch for the maps... plz fix it or do in CS version. ty (if not just ask at the creators of others TC's of help you)
This is the last time i will tell you this. I'm getting tirred of reading the same comment from you saying that it's not working. It's working for hundreds of people yet for you not... Do everything that is written into the instalation notes and it will work. Stop spreading lies that it's not working, when for hundreds of people is working. You are the reason why I don't respond to other people problems. If you don't understand the instalation process, go to youtube and watch a tutorial.

There are instructions for steam users in the news section. If that doesn't work, then I'm afraid I can't tell you what's wrong. I'm not good with the installation, just the in-game stuff. Ionut will have to tell you more.
