18+ Players Only. This is the Rev 46 of series 8 release. This file is mod-foldered and it uses 7z compression. Actual space uncompressed is about 1,209MB. This release eliminates all "stick figure"s in animation. Please read the read-me folder to follow through on installation instruction. It is recommended that the user has more than 3GB of memory to run this mod. And uses Rome:Total War/Barbarian-Invasion RTW/BI 1.6, as is available through the Rome:Total War Gold Edition or purchase from Steam.

hello bro...im new to this mod...i found this on youtube...is this full complete version? and do i hv to download all previous release of ur mods to make it complete or i can just use this latest mod...what are the differences between 8.0 and 8.1? pls explain tq...
You only need to download the latest file, you will find it self-contained, all you need is the RTW/BI software which you can purchase online (like from Steam) or in your local software store.
ok i did the installation just now...but im hvin some problem...i did everything as written on the instruction...but when i choose a faction and start the game it loads until half way and then its not responding...
Make sure you are placing the Amazons-TW-Refulgent folder in RTW/BI folder, not Amazons-TW-Refulgent 8.1T folder from the extraction.
Also you need to make sure you are running from the BI option, not the main RTW mode.
Also, if you are launching the mod from Steam, as most user do nowadays, you need to place the property field value provided in the readme folder so the Amazons-TW folder is properly referenced when you launch BI mode.
no mine is without steam...its a cracked version, i get it from warezbb :D...so what u mean is that i need to copy each and every files from the "AmazonTW-Refulgent" into BI folder? what i did was i just copy the whole folder "AmazonTW-Refulgent_re v8.1T_02" into RTW base folder as written on the instruction...wait i try and see 1st...then i will get back to u...anyways thx...
That is exactly the problem, once you extract the download file, you should see a folder called AmazonTW-Refulgent_re v8.1T_02. In the readme folder, it says to open the AmazonTW-Refulgent_re v8.1T_02 folder and in there you should find the Amazon-TW-Refulgent folder, and you would drag and drop that folder, NOT the AmazonTW-Refulgent_re v8.1T_02 folder into the RTW/BI main file path.
So if you have already moved the AmazonTW-Refulgent_re v8.1T_02 onto the main RTW/BI file path, all you need is to move the AmazonTW-Refulgent folder inside the AmazonTW-Refulgent_re v8.1T_02 folder one level up into the RTW/BI file path, and you should be OK.
ok i tried it again...i copy the folder "AmazonTW-Refulgent" into RTW base folder...and its not working...it loads until half way and then it stops...maybe im missing some other folders? my shortcut file is targeted to "D:\rome total war\RomeTW-BI.exe" -mod:AmazonsTW-Refulgent -show_err...so what else im missing? when i choose a faction and start the game it loads half way and then no response...my RTW works fine...actually i did a fresh new installation of RTW just now and try to put back to folder...its the same bro :(
There aren't any other folders, the Amazons-TW-Refulgent folder is self-contained, you do need to have BI and data folder.
Also it is very strange that your loading did not display any error.
Have you tried to load RTW vanilla and see if the baseline game is functional?
my RTW vanilla works fine...but Amazon shows no error msg when the game hangs...its just not responding...i got to force shut the game through task manager...lets say if i choose any faction and start the game it will load until half way then the game will hang...i hv tried various different mods b4...but this one is abit hard to overcome...or maybe im missing files from previous version that should be included to make this version works properly?
bro u know what...i tried ur 1st version and its works fine...so theres something wrong with this newer version and im not sure what it is...im not sure what kind of changes u hv done to this latest version...i guess there are some files missing on ur latest mod...i hv tried on my 2 other pc and its the same...
I am sure which "1st" version, can you specify if you meant 8.1T, or 8.1U?

I also forgot to mention that you need to make sure the rwb file is regenerated in the map/base directory.
Sometime, the release was made with the rwb file removed as part of the test.
Come to think of it the 1st 8.1T release has the RWB file removed, and the second one did not.
And no, we have tested the latest 8.1T (2nd revision) and there is nothing we can find wrong with it..
Other users have tried it and found it working just fine.
i mean ur 1st release 8.0A version...i tried it and its working...then i tried 8.1R and 8.1S its working...but 8.1T, 8.1U is not working...but i agree with u...sometimes the game will not load bcus of rwb file...i had this problem with other mods also...later i try to merge 8.1T with 8.1S and see if its working...
Re-tried uploading 8.1T as well as 8.1U and then downloaded both, just in case. They both worked, if you make sure the rwb file is up to date, or just delete it, the mod is working fine.

sry 4 the late reply...i was a bit busy...i re download 8.1U and its working now...i download it just now and its working...but i did same to 8.1T and still its not working :D...i really dont know man whats the problem with that one...but 8.1U is working for me now...thx u for sharing this games...
