Allied Intent Xtended is the most feature rich single player experience there is for BF2. Building upon the great Allied Intent Mod, AIX aims to deliver an amazing array of content which is 100% bot compatible for use in single player and coop gamemodes. With a sea of multiplayer only or partial sp mods out there, AIX's main focus has always been about creating the best experience for SP that we possibly could. It's important to note that while AIX can be played in a multiplayer environment, the nature of this mod will make the conquest MP game modes unfairly balanced as things are created with bots in mind!

imtheheadhunter has hit us with his second map pack for AIX! Included in this awesome pack are Battle of Kirkuk Oilfields, Husky, Invasion of the Philippines, Iron Thunder and Operation Fox. Kirkuk Oilfields and Iron Thunder provide open sprawling deserts with massive Armour battles. He also has another beautiful remake from the 1942 days with the action filled beach landing map Husky. Invasion of the Philippines is an Island hopping battle fest and Operation Fox has the UN pitted against the Chinese to secure a strategic town leading into Europe. We've provided both an installer and a zip version for convenience. (Both contain the exact same files.) Enjoy the new maps!

can anyone put the installer in an image file (eg. *.iso *.cue *.mdf),rar it and host it on a file sharing site
best mod ever,for BF2 ...
When I first got BF2 I was blown away (pun intended ...lol). My frustration grew though when I saw that it was multiplayer orientated, and that the SP mode was nothing more than glorified training. Nothing wrong with multiplayer, I just can't stick with an intense online game because of some health problems.
So AIX fell into my lap, solving my problem. It doesn't just provide SP though. There is some very high quality content, and a good online SP community.
