I know I haven't released the full blown mod yet, and I'm sorry about that. In the meantime I highly recommend checking out the Stranded War map in the Addons section. Like most people, I get bored with Skirmish/Coop after a few minutes. It just gets too easy. Well now the Aliens will keep on coming like a tsunami. If you want some awesome new music for the main menu, I combined James Horner's (Aliens) and Alan Silvestri's (Predator) opening titles for one long main title song. More....

On the mod front, tons of stuff is going on. I seemingly defeated the engine's poly-count limit on models, which opens up a whole new world of what can be done. Both the Alien and Pred-Alien models have approximately 5 times more polys with more details than ever before. The Marine model's hands are being rebuilt from scratch with working individual fingers. The Predator's eyes now flash actual bright yellow light every so often. It's pretty spooky seeing 2 eyes appear for a second in pitch black darkness. Wristblades in the Pred hud were rebuilt from the ground up. The optional shuriken has been finalized and is really badass with new sounds, its shiny metallic look, and even its own nifty little icon in the console when you kill someone. I added previews in the form of screenshots and videos.

In the future I intend to replace the Predator npc's hands with those closely resembling the hud hand models. I already updated the Marine hud's hands significantly, but will eventually replace them altogether. I have a super high poly pulse rifle, smart gun, and some other weapon models that need to be textured and tweaked accordingly. I'm looking into adding a laser beam that projects from the Pred's shoulder cannon and speargun when he's targeting something. Blah blah check back later for more updates.
