Some comparison shots of the work in progress AvP2 Leadworks remake.
I hated the overly bright maps in AvP2, so I'm disregarding their light design and redoing it to favor the Alien a bit more. You also have the bonus of destroying lights sending rooms into near total darkness. That's what AvP is all about and the sequel blew it.
looks awsome, this was one of the better maps of avp 2 glad to see youve made the grafics quality on avp classic higher than that of avp 2. I dont know if your grafics card supports forced anistrophic filtering but i turned mine on in nvidia control panel, and it got rid of the grainy look. i think you can see the difference in my last two in game screen shots on my site
Yeah, I have all the bells and whistles going but for some reason my version of fraps likes to distort pics slightly (especially when something is moving).
Map is done. Added several more breakable lights, finished the ladders, the lava pit kills on contact, and adjusted skirmish/coop mode. Just one more addition to the next release of the mod.
