Allied Generals Shattered Alliance (AGSA) is a total conversion modification for Red Alert 2 - Yuri's Revenge using Ares and Phobos engine extension tools.
From the data logs that we recovered from that Research Facility, there appears to be an alternate universe where a violent non-state actor known as the Global Liberation Army (GLA) challenges the hegemony of Allies, Soviets, Asia and Yuri.
The Rocket Buggy appears to be a long range ground support unit from that timeline. The history of this deadly vehicle is unknown but it appears to be the result of many civilian-to-military refits that the GLA had conducted in the past.
Equipped with an absurd amount of rockets, the Rocket Buggy is deadly against enemy armor and ground structures. Whilst the barrage is somewhat effective against infantry, the Rocket Buggy has a rather long reload time and a minimum range. Hit and run style attacks are therefore recommended.
It appears that the scientists and engineers at this facility have modified the armor plating of the vehicle the and payload of its missile systems. The result is a sturdier vehicle which can in theory fire up to 12 rockets in one volley but it must reload all of its ammo before it can commence another barrage.
