Not meant as criticism on your project or this screenshot because it is really nice and worthy as a background on Windows, but wouldn't a Class M planet orbiting a neutron star be impossible because of the radiation?

I mean it could have water and oxygen but does a neutron star put out sufficient heat? Also wouldn't the radiation make development of most life on the planet impossible? (the radiation damaging or destroying anything resembling genes or organic molecules)

Sorry for being such a nerd about this but it was just the first thing that came into my mind while reading the description.

Normally, I agree, radiation's a bitch.
Then again...Palaven's in a similar situation. For all we know, this is Trek Palaven. XD

A planet like Earth would get fried, yeah. I did a bit of googling though and found the article I linked to above explaining that a habitable planet around a neutron star is theoretically possible. It would need to be at least several times the size of the Earth and have a much thicker atmosphere. We know rocky planets this size exist (including around neutron stars) but we haven't yet been able to see one of these planets with a thick enough atmosphere. I'm happy to roll with that in sci-fi.
