Ages of the Federation is a new total conversion mod for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion. This mod takes place in the Enterprise and Original series eras, focusing on the conflict between the early Federation and Klingon Empire. A resurgent Romulan Star Empire, angry and still licking its wounds after their defeat to Earth and her allies waits in the shadows, ready to take advantage of any of misstep by either the warring powers. The Xindi, new to the galactic stage are also eager to forge their own path.

So cant wait for this. One of the reason I brought Sins for and Armada 3 to me, is the best Trek game to day. Also nice to hear a few fellow Britts on the live streams.
One question if I may. Im a huge fan (like most Trekkie ship geeks) of the Refit Constitution from TMP and Im aware that it may be coming in a future addon with AOTF. However, I play a fair few Trek games and mods and a few (Ultimate Universe for Legacy to name one) have this awesome refit refit version of the constitution class. Its like a step in between and I think it looks awesome. Ate there going to be any more versions other than the original TOS and the TMP with AOTF?
You're talking about the Phase II variant of the Enterprise, right? That's the only in between step that I know of for the Connie.
If there's any further iterations of the Connie that they plan on, it won't come with this AotF. But I certainly hope for it in the next iteration of the mod. It would make for a nice lead into the TMP aesthetic proper.
Perhaps as a "Constitution Testbed Project" to unlock the TMP stuff.
Not exactly the Phase II design no. Even though that interpretation is pretty awesome, this ones a fan design and its been in a few Star Trek mods, and I normally try and get in most of my Trek games. I think it would fit in nicely as a call in ship or upgrade in AOTF.

It kind of looks like a more advanced Constitution refit. I totally agree though, having an in between version of the next step in design would be ace.
I feel that design is more towards TMP-TNG, i do personally really like it! But i doubt we'll ever see it. But ya never know, AOTF 3 is going to be something that'll be made after AOTF 2.
