Ages of the Federation is a new total conversion mod for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion. This mod takes place in the Enterprise and Original series eras, focusing on the conflict between the early Federation and Klingon Empire. A resurgent Romulan Star Empire, angry and still licking its wounds after their defeat to Earth and her allies waits in the shadows, ready to take advantage of any of misstep by either the warring powers. The Xindi, new to the galactic stage are also eager to forge their own path.

Shepherd class?
One of the best looking Disco ships honestly, along with the Cardenas
Truly beautiful. The Disco Prise is also my favourite itteration of the enterprise ever. even better than the original one, At least for our time, I mean, let's be honest, who living today would want ot be on the USS Enterprise as the 60's version rather than this version.
I would. The original TOS aesthetic has its own timeless charm that was inspired by real-world aerospace experiments of the time.
And yet it looks less advanced than this ship.
And yet the Shepard seen here has been redesigned to look completely at home flying side by side with ships like the TOS Connie. We'll have to agree to disagree.
Then why does it have Movie era style phaser arrays which the TOS Connie doesn't get until it's refit?
A) Who says they're TMP phaser arrays?
B) Because those are decisions our artists made. We have yet to decide on the lore beackground for our version of the Shepard and precisely where in the timeline it fits. Ultimately, that will be my decision.
The original might not be my favourite, but that's not to say that she doesn't look awesome in this mod, I've posted a few screenshots of her myself, and, I have to say this, I'm really stoked that you all make the ships look like they fit into the era, Your adapted Discovery class is the bomb, that ship is truly a beaut, way better than the screen version.

They may not *be* the TMP ball turrets of refit Enterprise, but they sure look like them.
They aren't they are noticeable in difference if you look closely even without zooming in *goes back into decade long hibernation*
Ehhh My favorite Enterprise would have to be the 1701-D but that's because I grew up watching that one. The original and the NX-01 are probably my next two favorites, followed by the 1701-B and the 1701-C the modern ones are just not my thing
Honestly in "my opinion" each era has it's own charm. Tos's charm is it's anesthetic. Remember it was the original version of star trek. Also I'm not overly fond of discoveries choice of making everything look super advance. I love the designs but when they are redesigned to fit into the era they are set in. All disco's ships look like their from the kelvin time or something. Personally they completely destroy the aesthetic language that was being developed between enterprise and tos.
Also everyone stop insulting the mod creators. That is incredibly rude, no one is making them make these mods. Everyone has their own opinion but that doesn't give you a right to decredit others opinions.
Okay I know this kinda went off track. Creators sorry if this was rude, I've very grateful for the mods you make it's easy to see how much you care about star trek. Thank you for the amazing work! Honestly I love looking at your mod pages to see the new pictures you post. You ships and dedication to detail is amazing.
