Hi All (especially the gifted modders who've developed this mod),

I was in the games industry in the UK up until a few years ago (Producer - design and project management) so appreciate the amount of work that's gone into this mod, each of you guys deserve a medal.

I have a request for an addition to this excellent mod. It's a rather big ask though....

For me this game is great due to the 1st person part, especially the simulation of sailing.

What sucks for me is the jump to 3rd person when entering/leaving a building/ship but especially the hand-to-hand fighting. It just stops the immersion for me.

Please could someone add a 1st person 'permanent' mode so the above complaint doesn't happen?

If possible an Oblivion type 'look' and UI would be great in combat. The player would be able see their arms in combat. Left mouse button hits with a punch/sword attack/dagger attack/fires a pistol. The right mouse button hits with a punch/sword attack/dagger attack/fires a pistol (all depends on if and which weapon is equipped).

I realise, Brit spelling :-) , that this is a big ask but I sense, and hope, there may be others out there who'd appreciate this feature and support my request. I'd appreciate support from others in this request please.

I'd like to get involved with the above idea if the team (or members of) would like to develop or discuss it further.

cheers,

Lambar
