Description
This an example of a Tech 1 New Republic fleet. It includes a Republic-class Star Destroyer, Balrus-class cruisers, Neutron Star-class bulk cruisers, a GR-75 fleet tender, a DP90 heavy gunboat, a Dreadnought and a captured Immobiliser-418.
New Republic tech is much different in NJO than ICW. Era progression occurs by a combination of research (for early tech) and then by the progress of the Vong as they invade the Galaxy.
Tech 1 = roughly equals Dark Empire era
Tech 2 = late GCW/ New Class Modernization Programme (developing Mediators, XJs and Rangers late-era).
Tech 3 = early Vong war. XJ2s and some other newer local designs.
Tech 4 = leading up to the fall of Coruscant
Tech 5 = post-Fall of Coruscant. Rejuvenator-class Star Destroyers, Republic-class Cruisers.

Love the Republic Class even if it is a pretty mediocre ship.
This is a really nice model of it as well - some images of the Republic are very ugly, but this model is actually one of my favourites in the whole mod

I know its in Aotr, so that makes sense and yes it really is a nice model. YVaW’s version of it also looks really nice as well, but I prefer the shape of this one, its far more reminiscent of the whole Star Destroyer theme I think.
Hmm can't seem to find a credit for it in the readme.
Why does it matter?
curiosity.
I like knowing when a mod has a contribution from the whole community or if it's just the work of one or a hand full of talented individuals.

Naw I ment the pheonix rising readme. EvilleJedi is credited for most of the models in that mod but I couldn't find a credit for the RSD
