The AI fix is up. I went ahead and changed the full version as well. You only need the update if you had 1.07 installed. I also fixed a few other small bugs that I noticed.
Lehon, Bakura, and Sluis Van gained capital ship production capabilities in the UGC scenarios. Also made Luke Skywalker spawn at tech level 4 so you can be ready for the Death Star a little earlier.
