Ab Urbe Condita is an overhaul for Rome: Total War, featuring an array of additional content, including new units, an AI scripting system, an AOR mercenary system, an expanded campaign map and graphical improvements (among many other amendments).
great mod love the new map and factions
A good mod that keep vanilla's simple mechanics but enhances several aspects of the game, such as graphics, battle mechanics and AI. It features more accurate units with better textures, add new factions, and all this make a great overhaul of Rome Total War.

Extremely stable mod. Great features.
Really great mod, keeps that authentic feel. Currently playing as Sabea battling the Selucids and there has been some tough battles.
