A new version of the mod is out, lots of new cool stuff, from new factions to play many new units and many fixes.
Main Features of the new build:
-A new faction in the east, Volga Bulgaria. With 4 major settlements and a few minor custom fort settlements. Also all new units.
-Novgorod has a new look, roughly 80% of the units are redone to offset the similarities they were with the Kyiv faction. Also added custom fort settlement Ladoga for them.
-Venice has roughly 5 new units added to give a more unique style to them. Also added Canossa castle as a custom fort settlement.
-High Era is now playable. The start date jumps to 1220 and the Mongols, Papal States are now a faction to choose from. This also speeds up the availability of new unit unlocks and slight changes to the campaign.
-Finally fixed the ai wanting to stay in forts a tad too much. Also fixed the correct siege equipment for custom fort settlements. For example, you will not have a tower meant for a huge city being built for a small town. It's fixed.
-Adjusted public order to be more forgiving just a tad may need a little more in the future. Definitely helps the ai.
-Also adjusted Kyviv units slightly and added bow string animation to their archers.
-Several map changes add many new custom fort settlements and city placement adjustments.
-on to pictures, won't show Volga Bulgaria since there's already a preview of them.

I accidentally left perfect spy on in the campaign so if you want to turn that off put a ; before it, in the campaign script, until I get a patch out for a few things.
Looks great. But it opens only on a quarter of my screen. Any idea how to adjust the resolution? thanks
Try this found this on another mod that may work.
Make sure you have the battle resolution the same as the campaign resolution and that you have windowed=0
Here is an example:
borderless_window = 1
windowed = 0
antialiasing = 0
battle_resolution = 1920 1080
campaign_resolution = 1920 1080
movies = 0 # set to zero to stop intro movies
show_banners = 1

Hello! I am struggling to use our esteemed mod, for every time I start the Early Era Campaign I get a, "Fatal Graphics Card Error" and my game crashes on the first loading screen to the map. Is there something I am doing wrong? is the Early Era not playable yet? Or is something else up and incorrect?
not sure why it does that for a few out there. try running in window 7 mode and delete map.rwm in data/world/base/map
Also what have you done since it was last working for you. pm me a log if you will also.

Your advice worked for a bit. I played six turns, without issue, no bugs or anything like that, but after the six first turns I got a error message, "Med" was all it said, and the game froze then stopped responding. It hasn't worked right since I first got your mod, though I do believe the issue might be because I am playing it off of an external harddrive I purchased due to the low storage space of my laptop.

i hope you add some portrait mod.
there are numerous new portraits just not as noticeable perhaps. mainly from kostic used in sship, he did a nice job of mixing them up while still keeping the original style.
how do i play this? i downloaded it but its in the corner and it crashes

I'm releasing a new update in a few days with one simple download and installation. But to answer your question download the 1191 build 2 and just install it according to the readme. It should work fine.
