Kingdoms of Arda is a Singleplayer & Multiplayer total conversion of Mount & Blade II Bannerlord, that brings the world of Tolkien into the game. This includes: characters, locations, weapons etc. from The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, Silmarillion and other works by Tolkien and media made for his universe.

simply amazing; not too fantasy-looking, simple and fashionable, definitely lore-frieandly and realistic for a soldier with lower wealth
10/10 :)
Thanks, was definitely our goal:)
It is quite fantasy looking tbh. Nothing like that ever existed in real life.
Yes, real leather armor would be boiled and quite rigid. It would actually look not dissimilar to metal armor besides the obvious fact it's made of rigid leather. Non-rigid leather, however, would not be armor at all as it's that rigidness that gives it its resistance to cuts. It would, frankly, be no better than walking into battle with a modern leather jacket and expecting that to protect you.
But this is a game, and one based on a fantasy setting no less. Absolute realism isn't to be expected and if being completely realistic wasn't your goal there's no real reason to change this as it looks just fine as is.
well no one ever wore leather armor in real life
No idea what brought up leather armour, this is not leather armour. It is civilian wear of Lossarnach.
Though to be honest I have no idea the frequency that leather clothing was used in non-armour situations.
So now we have the Lossarnach Leather's, the Elites and the Chainmails :D this is looking perfect
Lossarnach should be complete by the weekend:)
good news :D
Looking at this, it's becoming more and more difficult to wait for Bannerlord to come out!
Keep up the fantastic work!
