Looks good, although the helmet model might need some smoothing, the top is looks very edgy

I absolutely looove all your guy's work!
Also I wanted to point out that "leather" armour isn't a real thing. What people think is leather armour in historical armour sets is usually 'brigandine'.

Not sure if that matters at all because this IS a fantasy world. Just thought I would point it out if you guys wanted a realistic (and often cooler looking) alternative to leather armour. Plus the leather armour for this unit looks very similar to a real type of brigandine.

Yeah, we are aware leather isn't used often for a main source of armour. This design is simply a leather jacket type thing on top of chainmail, where most of the protection would come from:)

A question moddingvice, how are these armors done? they look good. My assumption would be first creating the 3d mesh, then sculpt in details, add materials and apply PBR? Even close? I have no understanding of how PBR works.

Pretty close, I don't sculpt much though. I will be posting some videos about this exactly very soon:P
