Su costs for frigates for somtaaw and beast reduced from 2 to 1, cruisers reduced from 8 to 6, unit cap imposed for destroyers for both beast and somtaaw to 8 on normal unit cap, beast get 4 missile destroyers max. cruiser cap set to 4.

Was done to prevent the AI from getting the exits blocked cause they tend to stick em behind the ship that built em, in the case of carriers would block the exit.
Beast Ai is now able to build support modules in order to expand its fleet cap, FCT effects added to kushan, taiidan, beast and somtaaw super capital ships.
