Description
Well i decided to finally make it official and add this pre homeworld 2 carrier in for the hiigarans, now it cant build everything the reg carrier can but it can build most, cept for frigates and platforms, it is cheaper, faster, has less HP but has better weapons on it. 2 pulsar turrets provide better defense than the standard PDS guns, havent settled on the hit rates as of yet thou.
Looks great....but it will look even better after being riddled with imperial rounds!
