Progress on the mod is coming along really well. We have a new Phase 1 clone model coming up soon, and lots of maps being done right now. However, the models that we have done already (OG-9, Heavy Homing Spider Droid, and the Hyena Bomber) are still waiting to get done.
But, to lift your hopes I will tell you what we are going to do to space battles, and reveal some of the maps we are going to do.
Fighters are going to be buildable, but certain fighters will have Hyper Space rings so they can move from planet to planet. Other fighters will not have Hyper Space rings, and must be with a corvette or frigate in order to travel planet to planet.
In space battles, all Frigates, Dreadnoughts, and Capital ships that have hangars will not deploy fighters once they enter a space battle. They will have a ability to 'launch' fighters. Therefore, eliminating the chance to have fighter spams.
All maps in the mod will be ones that most people have or have not heard of. Many planets will be taken from comics, and books, and of course the movies and TV shows. Now since I promised a little list of planets, here you go:
