This is the Republic space station that is seen in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars TV series, specifically Episode 13 of Season 5 titled "Point of No Return". How space stations will work in the mod is that they will not be upgraded in tiers. So, basically you'll construct the entire station right off the bat and as you research new techs and unit, then you unlock new unit and building options.
