Progress is still being made. I held off on the hero adding for a bit, and went on the add more planets to fill up the galaxy. Yes, there are some open areas, that is mainly because I am getting specific planets in place as they are what I use to place other planets.
So, right now, you are seeing a 100% complete Core Worlds, 60-70% complete Colonies Worlds, 30-40% complete Inner Rim, 30-40% complete Expansion Region, and a 2% complete Mid Rim.
