Do you install this hotfix the same way you do the others, adding them over the 1.1 file? I did but get way to many bugs, characters and items disappearing, changing looks or names.

Here is a little feedback for Cozur ;)

- Meereen throne room now works... I made two test with two different "saves"...

- the Barrowton part of the quest the "Shadows in the Night" don't works... no related text with Myra or Jess... it's possibile to complete the quest skipping this part, however...

I also have this problem. I go to HighHill or whatever it's called, speak to the survivor and I get the message *Speak to Myra in barrowtown* but when I go to barrowtown she has nothing to say to me. "Who are you" is the most productive conversation with her but it doesn't lead anywhere.

So basically talking to the survivor isn't properly triggering Myra's conversation about wildlings into working.

Apart from that, no problems. Love the mod! :D

"Troops require more XP to level up."
I'm sorry but this is terrible change. It was massive grind already to level up things, why the hell would you want to prolong it? Even the high end Knights can die quickly, so unless you are not getting into any combat you will for the most part be always in need of replenishing your army composition. You are double boned if you want specific troops for your army like Bravoosi 2-handers or Myrman Crossbows because you need to travel all across the damn world to get easily dying levies who will now take longer time to get into level you want.
And i still can't talk to lords in private.

xGrimReaperzZ Dec 22 2013, 2:15pm replied:

Difficulty/Challenge =/= Grinding

The game is very slow-paced as it is, it didn't truly need to get even slower..
If you want to incorporate more difficult battles, then great!
I can get behind that, but you did what game devs keep doing, which is using cheap workarounds to excuse bad game design..

Please don't take it personally, i don't mind difficulty and troops dying, but you cannot and should not deny that grinding is both repititive and boring!

And remember that the second you released an update/mod/game you should be open to both CRITICISM and FEEDBACK, don't take it the wrong way, i love the mod, i genuinely bought the game to play this mod and i wasn't disappointed, but having both a grindy leveling system and hard to access soldiers at the same time and calling it a challenge is silly, it's not a challenge it's disrespecting the player's time, at least have it so you can get Essosi soldiers in westoros in the form of either slaves and/or sellswords at a higher price to justify visiting Essos.. (I'm talking about more than double the original price for higher level soldiers that are already expensive)

This is no more than a combination of feedback, criticism and a suggestion at the end.. (I hope that you like the suggestion since it'd hopefully improve the accessibility of Essosi soldiers and since it's still true to the GoT/Asoiaf series)

@ Xgrim and daget.....
You guys are both insanely absurd. This isn't a 20 hour game....not even a 40 hour game...you can put hundreds of hours into this game and the whole dynamic is how you use your troops...there is also a difficulty setting in options that can change damage to your allies and yourself...if u dont want to lose your troops, act like a real commander and fight when you have the advantage...if you go into combat with 50 guys and u fight 50 guys, odds are there are going to be losses....lets not mistake gameplay for difficulty and lets not cry about getting troops a continent away...thats like saying hey lets recruit navy seals as slaves in africa because i want to recruit navy seals but dont want to come to america to do it....come on guys lets keep fantasy as something we play instead of the ways you think.

+2 votes     reply to comment
xGrimReaperzZ
xGrimReaperzZ Dec 23 2013, 7:18am replied:

No it's the exact opposite of asking for navy seals whilst in Africa, in medival times and in the GoT you had wandering sellswords that are willing to follow good leaders for good coin..

And as i said i DON'T mind losing troops, i don't value any of them, but to make it so they both die quickly and are fairly unaccessible unless you happen to play in Essos is absurd to me i don't mind investing time into this mod, since i already have put 50+ hours into it, but going back and forth to get the troops that you like is literally a waste of time since food and time are never a factor later on in the game and since money is always a factor it'd be just better to have something similar to the way you recruit Unsullied..

Yeah and don't call us "absurd", is it that wrong to start a reasonable discussion?

Increasing the trainer skill and being of a higher level than your troops will allow you to upgrade an army very quickly. And if you don't want to wait or invest skill points into trainer you can artificially increase the skill level by modifying you character doc.

I've noticed some bugs:
1. In Illyrio's quest you don't need to fight with "Pirate King's" army (yep, I've forgot his name) to complete the quest - just after dialogue in Bloodstone you can say to his guardian that he is dead .
2. Iderebilatas's tavernkeeper - woman with mustache. And manly face. Or just man with breasts and woman's name :D
3. Some companions couldn't be exported/imported e.g. Carver.

try completely removing the game from the mod section in your M&B:W and redownloading it. something similar happened to me once. also i like to improve the "bad guys" and make character stats slightly more like the book or at least the wikia based on past deeds and follies. when i screw up i used to reRAR the troop section. now i have lots of seperate files that i edit before ******* with the main, which i didn't originally feel like doing

First of all, your work is as fine as possible ! But after playing 1.1, for some hours, some bugs appears, even with the hotfix:

After a certain point, like finished the quest about Dany, I couldn't trigger the dialogue for the quest in white harbour.

About Dany's quest, I also couldn't started this one after finished the quest "Horn and Necklace". But in the other hand when I am in the throne room, that's doesnt crash.

I have trying several times, with 5 saves, and still it isn't working, except by doing the quest in a certain order.
